Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Responsibilities
As a Procurement Technical Administrator, you'll be working within the Kier Construction Team, supporting them in overseeing and managing the transactional procurement processes and ensure the smooth running of new and returned orders/bonds/warranties.
Your day to day will include:
- Contacting the QSs to discuss completeness/compliance of documentation
- Receiving and understanding the subcontract documentation prepared by the sites
- Updating and keeping live MP Procurement Sharepoint site (including Procurement Integrated Management System) as well as Collation of data for monthly MP procurement board reports
- Managing Major Projects' look ahead schedules and input from the sites
This role of Procurement Technical Administrator is great for you if have:
- Excel and word knowledge
- Experience in issuing sub-contract orders.
- Strong admin / organisation skills.
