A fantastic opportunity has risen for a experienced Production Administrator to join our client who is a manufacturing company supplying into the Construction industry looking to increase its team.

THIS IS A TEMP POSITION FOR AROUND 12 WEEKS TO START 19/07/2021

DUTIES

? Raise purchase order requisitions, purchase orders & progress purchase orders as & when required.
? Send order confirmations through the IFS system.
? Enter sales orders through the IFS system.
? Receive inbound office calls.
? Help with general stock take duties.
? Invoicing & booking transport.
? Print various production documentation: - Shop orders - Inspection records - Drawings etc.
? Filing & answering emails
? Carrying out any other reasonable duties that may be requested from time to time.

Hours are Monday to Thursday 8.30am-5.00pm, Friday 8.30am-4.00pm with 30 mins lunch break unpaid

Duration: The role is currently temporary
