With a strong pipeline of work, they are capable of producing over 400 homes per year and with an expected turnover in excess of £50m this year and double for next year this is a good time for a strong Production Manager to come onboard.
Your responsibilities :
* Planning /organizing production schedules and personnel
* Able to set and control targets and in line with production budgets.
* Overseeing production processes
* Ensuring quality control standards are consistently met
* Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
* Liaison with procurement, design, technical and project teams to ensure efficient production
* Supervising the work of staff
* Ensuring Health & Safety requirements are fulfilled each shift
* Report directly to head of manufacturing
* Strategic thinker with the ability to contribute to the Senior Management Team
* Strong leadership skills; be able to drive change and process improvements.
* Demonstrated project management experience and successful project deliveries
* Computer literacy with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
