You will need to demonstrate a strong track record of the following:
- Strong and effective people management skills - you need to combine excellent people skills with strong management abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure, with demanding targets and deadlines
- Experience in manufacturing with timber, steel, roof truss, modular builds
- Excellent working knowledge of continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, 5S etc
- Be able to implement new ideas
- Commitment to Health and Safety
- Quality Assurance/Quality Control
- Programming skills
To be successful, you will need experience exposure to Timber related products, off site construction, timber frame homes, self-assembled products
