Your Role:
* Production Supervisor role
* Ensure all production / manufacturing KPI's are met
* Monitor and manage product quality and health and safety within the production department.
* Promote a lean manufacturing work environment
You Will Have:
* A background as a manufacturing / production manager or similar
* Knowledge of lean manufacturing
* Experience and knowledge of Quality and Health and Safety
* Commutable to Bromsgrove
