What will my role involve?
Playing a central role in the Planned Works and Asset Health Team the Production Manager is accountable for the safe, timely and cost-effective delivery of the planned repair programme.
At the heart of this role is a drive to continuously improve the production process for the delivery of the programme. It is also critical to the end-to-end "circular economy" through which the assets created and repaired by the team, are later in their lives refurbished or replaced by the very same team.

- The ability to work under pressure and motivate others to meet deadlines;
- The ability to work in a logical, systematic manner while striving always to improve;
- Able to question perceived wisdom in such a way as to build confidence and competency in the person or team.
