Job Title: Production Planner - Facades

Location: Dublin

Salary: Neg

Production Planner required to manage the production function in the Company and in the most efficient and cost-effective manner while being fully compliant with all relevant legislation, regulation and in line with company policy and procedure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Co-ordinate multi-disciplinary teams and sub-contractors.
  • Prepare and check consent application documentation and supporting assessments relevant to current projects.
  • Work as part of, and support, cross disciplinary teams working on large -scale infrastructure projects through feasibility, preliminary design, statutory consent and construction stages.
  • Provide leadership in statutory consent applications for large scale infrastructure.
  • Coordinate and mentor junior staff.
  • Commercial and programme management of large -scale and complex projects.
  • Client relationship management.
  • Business development.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Hold a relevant qualification in facades / planning.
  • Min 2-3 yrs experience Façade production planning experience is a must.
  • Experienced in capacity planning and rolling production plans.
  • Experienced in reading and interpreting CAD drawing.
  • Primavera/ P6 preferable.
  • MS Project preferable.
  • Have excellent report writing skills, with the ability to integrate into the existing team, and work alongside colleagues across disciplines.
  • Have good commercial acumen and effective client facing skills.
  • Have effective business winning/client relationship skills.
  • Have good mentoring skills to supervise and assist junior team members.
  • Have excellent presentation and communication skills with a strong 'can do' attitude.
  • Full driving licence essential.
