Net Temps are currently recruiting for a production supervisor for a permanent role based at a well known precast factory in Sheffield
Job Role -
Providing management and leadership to allocated precast production steams to be able to understand and work within lean budgets and demanding time constraints to achieve the highest standards of health and safety, quality and on time in full.
Essential Criteria:
- Proactive approach to health and safety and determination to achieve the required Health and Safety standards.
- 3 - 5 years minimum experience in similar production or operational environment. Proven team player, capable of managing a bust production team and be self motivated.
- Provide strong leadership large number of operatives
- Must be able to motivate others and promote a 'can do' attitude towards problem solving and achievement of production targets.
- IT Literate
Essential Requirements:
- Proven Successful experience in similar role
- Trade or professional back ground depending on experiencing and relevance to the precast concrete industry
- Evidence of H&S training, development and knowledge, IOSH managing safely preferable
Pay/Shifts:
- Working hours will be 6am - 2pm (overtime is available)
- Overtime available and paid at enhanced rate after 40 hours
- Rate of pay £14.25 plus overtime rate
- Holidays 28 days per year.
