Are you an experienced production supervisor with offsite experience?
Can you work on a range of tasks at any one time, ensuring you are adhering to quality and time requirements?
About you:
- You need to be able to demonstrate:
- Solid experience in a role of Production Supervisor, Team Leader, Production Manager
- A "can-do" attitude and collaborative approach
- Experience in managing a team using a collaborative and supportive approach, whilst being able to take a firm hand in any disciplinary issues
- Strong planning and organisation skills
- Experience from a manufacturing environment
- Good knowledge and experience of health, safety, quality and environment requirements in accordance with ISO standards
- Your energy and positive leadership, as you build the culture and establish the team as the company grows
