This business builds homes in a systematic and controlled way, with much of the fabrication undertaken in an enclosed factory environment. This allows them to manage the construction and assembly processes with real rigour.
Their methodology reduces the number of construction snags and improves the internal fit and finish of materials, built-in fittings and appliances in bathrooms and kitchens.
The same approach is applied to the vital hidden elements - the wiring, plumbing, heating and ventilation systems - that form an increasingly important role in new, low-energy cost homes.
The Role
As Production Supervisor you will support the Production Manager ensuring that the output of the factory is as expected both in terms of quality and volume.
About You
To be successful in this role you will:-
- be knowledgeable of Offsite construction methodology
- be experienced in construction with timber
- possess the ability to maximise performance of production teams
