Protocol are partnered with an excellent college based in Gloucestershire, together we are searching for a Professional Development Coach to deliver 28 hours per week.
Role responsibilities
Support students to: Understand the roles and responsibilities in the workplace
Develop the ability to complete projects in conjunction with external partners
Enhance core skills for the workplace, such as project management, resilience, empathy, communication and conscientiousness
Develop positive attitudes and behaviours to work, work-related projects and opportunities for personal development
Develop their enterprise and entrepreneurial skills
The person & qualifications
Experience delivering sessions with young people 16+
Access to a car / able to travel between sites
Knowledge of employability programmes, work skills activities etc
DBS - either through the agency or on the update service
