Key Responsibilities
In this fantastic role you will Support the Programme Manager with tasks and activities relating to the management of the Suffolk Highways works programme. You will work with designated Design, Operation and Commercial Teams to programme work in the WMS system to facilitate the successful management and delivery of the annual Contractors Plan, as well as maintain accurate forecast projections on turnover for assigned workstreams.
The successful candidate will provide project governance support activities (RAID) to support delivery of authorised programmes of work, and co-ordinate and provide programme data to the Client as required.
What do we need from you to be successful in this role?
- NVQ level 2 in an appropriate subject or equivalent topic related to project/programme administration
- Understanding of Works Manager System (WMS) and it's function within the end to end scheme / job delivery process (desirable)
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages, e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
- Accurate keyboard skills for use in producing a range of documents e.g. reports, meeting minutes, RAID log management
