Protocol are working alongside a FE College based in the Essex area to appoint their new Programme Manager of Electrical.
You will be responsible for the full time electrical programmes (Level 1-3) and for commercial delivery of Testing and Inspection Courses.
You will possess relevant vocational qualification and industrial experience in addition to holding a teaching qualification (or have a willingness to work towards one).
Experience required:
Ideally, at least three years' recent relevant teaching experience
Ideally, at least three years' relevant industrial experience
Proven experience in managing, motivating and building successful teams
Proven experience of working with high needs learners
Experience of managing change, engaging others positively in the process with a focus on impact and successful outcomes for students
Experience of management, showing a drive for results and continuous improvement ethos
Experience in course administration
Evidence of curriculum development and innovation
