We're looking for a Project Administrator to join our Fleet team, based in Rushden, Northamptonshire.

Within this role, you can enjoy exposure to exciting major projects, progression opportunities, support in obtaining further qualifications and even more.

Location: Rushden, Northamptonshire - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required.

Contract: Fixed Term, full time - flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know.

Salary: Competitive

Responsibilities
As a Project Administrator, you'll be working within fleet team to support Project Swift with a variety of administration and reporting tasks that will fulfil stakeholder requirements. Working closely with key stakeholders across the Kier Group, including the central fleet team, Kier Transport Managers and Project team members.

Your day to day will include:

  • Supporting Project Swift
  • Handling varieties of Administration tasks and reporting tasks
  • Fulfilling the stakeholders' requirements
  • Working alongside key stakeholders across the Kier Group, including the central fleet team
  • Working alongside Kier Transport Managers and Project team members.
Who are we looking for?

  • Good communication skills
  • Experience of time management and organisation, working to tight timelines.
  • Candidate should be able to show good organisation skill
  • Candidate should be able to work in pressured environment
  • It would be great if you have experience in a similar role
