Project Architect Job in Cambridge, East Anglia

Project Architect job in Cambridge joining an employee-owned company with 3 offices across England, they are looking to grow the Cambridge office significantly this year, and can offer up to £45,000, a yearly bonus, and 2 days WFH

My client is currently working on a range of defence, education, and healthcare projects with both public and private clients, they are looking to make multiple appointments over the next year driven by a strong pipeline across a range of sectors.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Producing Construction and tender packages in Revit
  • Reporting senior and associates on the progress of the project
  • Work collaboratively with the whole team
  • Good understanding of the UK building regulations
  • Capable architect with strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience across all RIBA work stages particularly stage 4 onward
  • 3+ years post part III experience
  • ARB registered
  • Revit proficiency to BIM level 2 standard is desirable but will consider intermediate candidates
  • Previous experience working in the public sector
  • Experience working in Education, Healthcare, or Industrial is highly desirable
  • DBS is not required.
