Project Architect Job in Cambridge, East Anglia
Project Architect job in Cambridge joining an employee-owned company with 3 offices across England, they are looking to grow the Cambridge office significantly this year, and can offer up to £45,000, a yearly bonus, and 2 days WFH
My client is currently working on a range of defence, education, and healthcare projects with both public and private clients, they are looking to make multiple appointments over the next year driven by a strong pipeline across a range of sectors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Producing Construction and tender packages in Revit
- Reporting senior and associates on the progress of the project
- Work collaboratively with the whole team
- Good understanding of the UK building regulations
- Capable architect with strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience across all RIBA work stages particularly stage 4 onward
- 3+ years post part III experience
- ARB registered
- Revit proficiency to BIM level 2 standard is desirable but will consider intermediate candidates
- Previous experience working in the public sector
- Experience working in Education, Healthcare, or Industrial is highly desirable
- DBS is not required.
