Project Architect Job in Dublin

Project Architect job available in Dublin with a delivery-focused practice working across residential, mixed-use, commercial and large-scale data centre projects. A fantastic opportunity to develop your career with hybrid working, CPD support and clear progression opportunities.

This Dublin-based studio mainly works on projects across Ireland and the UK, but also benefits from a wider network that spans across Europe and Dubai. The team is known for delivering technically robust projects across residential, student accommodation, commercial, retail, hospitality and data centres. Based in the heart of Dublin, the studio offers a collaborative environment where project architects are encouraged to take ownership, mentor colleagues and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.

Job & Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver projects across all RIAI/RIBA stages, from concept design to completion
  • Produce detailed planning and construction drawings using Revit
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Apply strong technical knowledge of Irish building regulations, specifications, and construction methods
  • Contribute to design reviews and technical discussions within the Dublin studio
  • Manage project timelines, scope, budgets, and quality standards
  • Support and guide junior team members in a collaborative environment

Required Skills & Experience

  • RIAI or ARB registered architect with a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience
  • Proficiency in Revit/BIM
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Legal right to work in Ireland
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills
  • Strong understanding of Irish building regulations, detailing and technical documentation
  • Experience or interest in data centre projects advantageous
