Project Architect Job in Woolwich, London
A Project Architect job is now available working on a range of projects with an award winning multi-disciplinary practice in Woolwich, London.
Our client is looking for an outstanding Part III Architect to manage residential, education and leisure projects. This client offers services across architecture, design management, building surveying, quantity surveying, project management, and asset management. They provide a clear progression route as well as offering continual training and support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage a small team across all RIBA stages
- Produce detailed technical construction information to a high standard
- Working on a broad selection of projects including residential, education, commercial and leisure
- Reporting to the Senior Architect or Associate on your progress.
Required Skills & Experience
- Excellent AutoCAD skills are essential
- Revit and Sketchup skills are advantageous
- Ability to work across all RIBA stages independently
- Minimum 2 years' experience PQE
- Strong presentation and design skills
- Project running skills
- Excellent English, both written and verbal
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
