Project Civil Design Engineer - Development Infrastructure - Highways, Drainage, Earthworks
Are you an experienced Civil Design Engineer, looking for a chance to be challenged and to grow professionally? We're looking for someone with some experience in civil design for developments, to take the step up to become a Project Civil Design Engineer.
The modern office is located just south of the river, a stones throw from London Bridge, conveniently close to amenities.
The company are involved in exciting projects across the residential, commercial, industrial, education and health sectors.
Responsibilities:
As a key member of the team you will work on infrastructure, highways and drainage design, scheme development, preliminary and detailed design.
This role would suit an established design engineer who can independently work on smaller to medium schemes, with roughly three years of experience, who is keen to progress and take on new challenges.
Project Civil Design Engineer - Requirements:
- BEng Civil Engineering or similar
- Experience in the production of highways, drainage and residential development designs
- Understanding of relevant design codes such as DMRB, Manual for Streets, Sewers for Adoption, Design Construction Guidance for adoptable sewers, Building Regulations etc
- Experience in production of designs for adoption such as S38 / S278 / S104 / S106
- Enthusiasm to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
