A fantastic opportunity has risen for a Project Co-Ordinator to join our client who is a manufacturing company supplying into the Construction industry looking to increase its team.
THIS IS A TEMP TO PERM POSITION FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE
DUTIES
* Raising enquiry to create project inline with the quality management system
* Negotiating with suppliers and gaining quotations for materials and transport
* Purchasing materials and organising hire of equipment for the project
* Liaising with the client and sub contractors with updates
* Completing paperwork for international shipment
You will need to be fully conversant with Microsoft packages in particular Excel and be able to create spreadsheets
Hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.00pm with 30 mins lunch break unpaid
The rate of pay will be dependant on your experience
Duration: The role is currently temporary but to the right candidate there is the opportunity of a permanent role which enjoys training opportunities and future career progression within an exciting and innovate working environment.
