Position: Project Co-Ordinator

Location: Wexford

Salary: Neg DOE

This role entails the coordination of Aluminium finished element projects from order stage, preparation for manufacture through to delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with Estimation on the handover of projects for order and production
  • Support customers on technical queries / design of projects and approvals
  • Engage with customers to agree on production timings and delivery dates
  • Prepare projects materials orders and issue to Supply Chain for ordering
  • Track material orders in process and manage/prioritise own projects
  • Prepare and issue to Production detailed technical drawings and instructions for manufacture
  • Liaise with Production Supervisor on any specific project manufacturing details
  • Keep accurate reporting of projects to track materials and labour usage/ efficiencies
  • Prepare and issue delivery/ dispatch notes for projects
  • Liaise with Accounts on invoicing of projects
  • Attend weekly production meetings

Requirements:

  • Strong computer skills - proficient in use of Microsoft apps - can be brought on through in- house training or course (e.g. Excel) - familiar with preparing reports
  • AutoCAD experience minimum 2 years
  • One year experience using LogiKal software would be a distinct advantage
  • Working knowledge of Systems / Products would be a distinct advantage (training will be provided)
  • Exceptional interpersonal planning and teamwork skills as well as self-management skills in the areas of time management, planning and performance
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Organisational & prioritisation skills with strong attention to detail
