Project Control Managers will enjoy working for a leading PM Consultancy in the delivery of large scale Data Centre construction project in Switzerland. Roles and responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor project schedules, reporting on exceptions to the plan
  • Be a visible leader onsite, collaborating with the wider team to solve problems and ensure projects remain on schedule
  • Assist in the preparation of the Project Control Plan and ensure ongoing compliance with the plan throughout the project lifecycle
  • Collaborate with project control partners onsite to ensure accurate tracking of project progress
  • Create and manage the various cost forecasts and project reporting, presenting on a monthly basis to key stakeholder
  • Manage the overall project staffing and spending plans, foreseeing any future resources required onsite
  • Support implementation of Target Value Delivery during estimation phases
  • Support the project close-out requirements including asset definition and valuation



Requirements:

  • Have a degree or comparable experience in an engineering related discipline
  • Are an experienced project controls manager within the life science and commercial office fit out sectors
  • Have advanced IT skills using Microsoft Exel and Primavera P6, along with previous experience using SAP software
  • Have excellent written and verbal English with either fluent French abilities
