As Project Coordinator you will be managing enquiries, payroll, purchasing, monitoring and reporting of work, invoicing and payments. This role will see you maintain effective work systems, ensuring that all correspondence and documentation is dealt with in a professional manner to meet requirements, deal with all routine queries and respond to all clients, stakeholders and other enquires via phone and email. You will also provide ad hoc support to other teams or project-based administration.

What do we need from you?

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who has good administration skills, IT literate, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel and holds an efficient and professional approach with the ability to multi-task. You will also need to have great communications skills, good time-management and able to work as an individual as well as part of a team.
