We are Kier, one of the UK's leading construction and infrastructure services, and in this role you will be joining our Anglian Water Alliance.

We are now recruiting for a Project Delivery Manager who will be wholly responsible for the implementation of strategic objectives through to BAU and the delivery of the contract safely, to quality and commercially sustainable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage revenue and margin in accordance with agreed budgets, prepare a detailed delivery plan from the business plan and ensure skilled, competent resources are identified and secured to meet the plan
  • Plan contract terms, working methods, resources & systems to meet contract requirements & delivery timetables
  • Develop efficient & integrated teams to ensure OBA & business targets are consistently outperformed, whilst overseeing the management of OBAs to minimise operational risk whilst ensuring controls are in place
  • Work with all areas of the business and business partners to ensure full utilisation of resources whilst driving consistent performance in all processes, procedures and working practices
What do we need from you?

  • Full understanding of current H&S Legislation, Water Law & Water Regulations, along with an awareness of HSWA & CDM
  • Ensure the effective management of all teams so operations are carried out in a consistent & efficient manner resulting in excellent customer service, water quality & ensuring H&S standards are upheld
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, quality, environmental management standards and risks are assessed
