Roles and Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible and accountable for working in a team environment, providing support and project direction to ensure that win of prospects and opportunities in accordance with the cost and schedule requirements that lead to quality contracts.
  • You will be responsible and accountable for providing project direction to ensure the safe, successful, cost efficient and timely delivery of a variable number of projects at any time, enabling and providing as necessary, effective risk management and problem resolution.
  • Take full responsible for all aspects of project, including development, engineering & design, supply chain & subcontracting, fabrication, construction, MEP and commissioning.
  • You will develop, manage and provide personal input to client, professional and supplier relationships for assigned prospects, opportunities, and projects.
  • You will work with leadership to ensure adequate resources for the assigned projects, ensuring appropriate levels of skill, especially for design and engineering, facilitating skills transference with the assigned project team staff to develop their recruitment, selection and resourcing capability.
  • Provide guidance and to personally manage, as appropriate, risk and client and professional expectations through early identification of issues from project reporting, project meetings and other inputs.
  • You will proactively set health & safety standards and culture for all assigned projects and to take appropriate action where necessary to reduce safety risk.
  • You will have experience with winning work and help identify and develop long term relationships to grow the business unit.

Personal Requirements

  • Proven Delivery experience of large scale, complex engineering projects from PCSA to Completion.
  • Experience developing opportunities and proposals and winning projects.
  • Complete Design, Supply, Fabrication and Delivery of several projects
  • Experience in all forms of contract
  • Strong CSA or MEP background (or both)
