Project Director / Owner's Representative opportunity to join a market leading Consultancy operating heavily in the Data Centre space across EMEA. Fantastic opportunity for a senior construction professional in the Data Centre space to delivery a major project for a blue-chip organization in the Data Centre industry, representing them from Project Development through Construction to completion.

Highly respected and well-renowned for looking after their staff, this Global Consultancy have just gone through their best year to date and are looking to continue in this fashion as they expand into the EMEA region in the Data Centre sector. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Represent the client in delivery of Hyperscale Data Centre project, managing project partners to ensure successful delivery on time and budget.
  • Coordinate with all project stakeholders throughout all stages of the project
  • Implementing project-related procedures and taking appropriate measures to ensure that these procedures are followed
  • Taking an active leadership role on site, assessing work progress and ensuring safe working practices
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors on all snagging activities, including timing and partner engagement
  • Proactively identify issues and work with the team to resolve them effectively
  • Implementation and monitoring of important project processes in cooperation with the customers with the aim of improving and correcting them

Your profile:

  • Proven experience in Data Centre Project Delivery in Germany
  • Certification in Project Management (Prince 2, PMP…etc.)
  • University degree or equivalent experience in project management or a related field of construction
  • Fluent in both German and English
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Ability to deal with tight-deadline projects and ability to perform under pressure
