Responsibilities
As a Project Director, you'll lead and manage a team with responsibility for managing all phases of the project, from contract award to close out, ensuring adherence to all contractual requirements and ensuring customer care and business excellence
Your day to day will include:
- assist the Estimators or Bid Managers on all aspects tendering and advise on construction methodology, programming, and staffing
- responsible for appointing, instructing, monitoring and co-ordinating Subcontractors during the contract period
- responsible for the resolution of technical problems and ensuring work is carried out to the correct specification and Quality Assurance standards
- attendance at regular meetings to ensure clear communication channels are in place, to report on progress; identify problems encountered and any variations to project both internally and externally
- promoting the wellbeing of your teams and ensure that an inclusive workplace where diversity of thought, backgrounds and experience is actively encouraged and achieved
This role of Project Director is great for you if have:
