We're looking for a Project Director to join our Rail team to take responsibility for the leadership and management of our rail services contract contracts. Within this role you can enjoy 26 days annual leave, sharesave scheme, family friendly policies and even more.

Responsibilities

As the Project Director, you'll support the teams across the business to deliver the requirements of our existing contracts, whilst working safely and in accordance with regional and contractual processes. Develop regional resilience and ensure best practice, efficiency's and ideas are shared across the contracts

Working with the work winning team to establish and secure new opportunities within the sector in line with the growth plans.

Your day to day will include:

· Ensure compliance with all Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality policies.

· promote the well being of your team and ensure that an inclusive workplace where diversity of thought, background and experience is actively encouraged and achieved

  • lead or participate in business improvement projects in support of wider contract business plan objectives analysing business performance, presenting alternative solutions, making recommendations, and directly supporting implementation
