Job Title: Project Director
Sector: Offsite Construction

Location: East Midlands

  • Do you have a strong knowledge of offsite construction?
  • Does your background come from managing multiple contracts?


We are looking for someone as a Project Director to lead the project team and manage the supply chain to deliver projects on time and to meet cost & quality targets. You will need the ability to take ownership of projects with the support and backing of a team reporting directly to the CEO.

Requirements & Qualifications:
* Strong leadership skills
* 10 years' experience in contract/project management
* Strong knowledge of building regulations & construction methods
* Able to work as part of a team
* MCIOB or equivalent
* Preferably educated to a degree level - not essential
