The Project Director will be monitoring build progress, overseeing finance and ensuring project quality. Making strategic decisions and providing leadership and direction to project managers to implement those decisions. Location: Bexhill, East Sussex
Contract: Permanent, Fulltime
Responsibilities
As Project director you will be responsible for directing the construction team through all phases of a project to meet the contract requirements.
Your day to day will include:
- Managing the finances (revenue, costs, and cash flow) of projects.
- Managing operational communications and relationships with customers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and government agencies for the projects.
- Providing regular, accurate, consolidated reports and forecasts for the project to the area management, Kier Group, and customers.
- Fulfilling contracts safely, on time, and to the required quality while maximising gross margin and customers' satisfaction. In particular, to ensure compliance with Kier Group's policies, procedures and best practices relating to the implementation of the project(s) and the management of the site(s).
Who are we looking for?
This role of Project Director is great for you if have:
- Extensive Project Management experience on large construction projects.
- HNC/HND/Degree in Construction
