Project Director - Prime Residential - Central London
Salary: £120 000 - £180 000 plus package
Do you want to work for one of the most prestigious Prime Residential Contractors in London? Do you have what it takes to Project Direct a flagship residential project in the heart of London?
My client are looking for a Project Director to oversee a substantial central London residential project. You have technical, commercial and construction teams reporting into you where you will report directly into the Managing Director and the board. Ideally you will have the skills and acumen to be brought into the board in the future and and be a key driver of the business.
My client are looking for someone who has ideally worked on major projects inside of London, preferably for a large residential developer or main contractor and have the full spectrum of skills required to lead a major project - not just the construction. My client are looking for someone to come and eventually improve the production function across the whole business.
