A growing owned mechanical contractor that specialises in mechanical installation on commercial projects in the range of £1million across the London area with occasional projects further afield has a key requirement for an experienced project engineer looking to develop into a project manager in Sittingbourne.
The client is based near Croydon and the ideal applicant will ideally be based in the Sevenoaks area
A project engineer will be overseeing mechanical install projects on
- A project engineer will be dealing with clients comprising of main contractors and commercial landlords.
- A project engineer will be managing a team of mechanics and Mechanical Supervisors and Site Managers on specific projects
- A project engineer will liaise with estimator and QS on mechanical project requirements and cost implications
- A project engineer will be front line customer interaction on small to large mechanical installations
- A project engineer will be paid £35k - £45k basic + car + bonus + Holiday + Pension
To be successful as the Mechanical as an project engineer you will have
- A project engineer will be mechanically qualified
- A project engineer will be experienced with Contracts managers on mechanical installations
- A project engineer will be experienced in man management and strong leadership of both office teams and site-based teams
- A project engineer will be Experienced in the Commercial sector
- A project engineer will be paid £35k - £45k basic + package + Holiday + Pension
- A project engineer will be in commuting distance to Croydon and Sittingbourne
