Salary: Up to £45,000 + Car

A thriving Offsite Manufacturer is seeking an experienced Project Integration Manager to provide a vital go-between function in the delivery construction projects form design stages through to handover.
As the Project Integration Manager you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish from the initial design stage onwards. You will be responsible for liaising with large major contractors on commercial building projects, excellent communication skills and a working knowledge of Construction Contracts are essential. You can expect extensive liaison with internal departments to monitor progress and challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who has experience in delivering Offsite Construction projects. The successful applicant will be a well-rounded candidate with excellent organisational skills.
What you will need for the role?
- Experience in offsite construction systems
- Good communication skills and the ability to deal with clients
- Customer service orientated
- SMSTS or Crane Awareness qualifications would be desirable, training will be provided for those who don't have this
- Need to be flexible and Proactive in the working environment
- Technically skilled and industry aware
The Package:
- Salary of up to £45,000
- 25 days holiday
