We are working with one of the most successful and well respected Consultancies within the EMEA Data Centre space who are seeking an experienced project manager to represent them on a large scale project in The Netherlands. A great opportunity to take ownership of the delivery of a mission critical facility, representing the client from project development, through construction to completion.

This consultancy have just come off the back of an incredibly successful year and as a result, have built up an impressive project pipeline of upcoming Data Centre projects throughout the EMEA region. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the delivery of Data Centre projects with a view to securing repeat business
  • Regular reporting to clients and internal client teams
  • Management of multi-disciplinary project teams
  • Preparation of progress reports and presentations at regular client meetings
  • Assist in the running of a competitive tendering process including managing queries from tendering contractors
  • Support the Senior Project manager in the preparation of key reports from feasibility through to completion and post-handover
  • Support with the coordination of the testing and commissioning process prior to handover
  • Comply with established procurement/commercial/contractual strategies
  • Comply with Environmental, health, Safety, Security and Quality standards

Requirements

  • A detailed understanding of how to delivery Data Centre projects
  • Experience managing projects across the design, tender and construction stages
  • Ability to quickly acclimatize to a new project and take ownership to drive the project forward with the support of senior management
  • Degree level qualification
  • Must be based in the Netherlands permanently or willingness to relocate
