Kier Housing Maintenance (HM) have long standing partnership agreements with housing associations, local authorities and private landlords to conduct responsive repairs and planned maintenance across various sites. Kier Housing Maintenance are looking to recruit a Project Manager, who will be responsible for delivering essential Reactive, Maintenance, Voids & Planned Works projects across Cambridgeshire & the Midlands. The successful postholder will be responsible for project deliveries in relation to performance both financially and in line with contract requirement, and delivery of all service requirement in line with Kier Places procedure.
Key Responsibilities
These works will in large be carried out to high- & low-rise blocks, however they could also be carried out to scattered properties across various locations. In your new role, we will look to you to be responsible for managing multiple projects at a time and on budget; for the project planning and programming of the works; health and safety on site; client liaison; ensuring KPIs and deadlines are met by your team; and the overall delivery of the programme. You will also be a direct line manager to site managers and RLO's, and report into an Operations Manager.
What do we need from you?
We want you to apply today if you have a proven track record of delivering external & internal refurbishment projects within a property maintenance environment, ideally within social housing; an ability to programme work streams on your own accord (MS Projects, ASTA Etc, Excel); and have relevant qualifications such as SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid qualifications.
