Contract: Full Time, Permanent
We are Kier, one of the UK's leading construction and infrastructure services, working on a wide range of projects.
We are now recruiting for a Project Manager to join our Regional Civils team in Hatton to be responsible for project delivery and Client ECI on projects within Regional Civils primarily on the current Canal and River Trust NECC contract.
Key Responsibilities
In this exciting role, you'll manage all phases of the project including Early Contractor Involvement, through contract award, to close out. You'll manage the delivery of projects to a high standard through budgeting and programming and ensure all projects are safely delivered on time. You'll also monitor and communicate on project financial performance and oversee the co-ordination of Kier Operatives, subcontractors and suppliers in a planned and controlled manner.
What do we need from you?
We're looking for previous extensive civils experience and good NECC Contractual and commercial awareness. You'll have a minimum HNC/HND qualification in an engineering related discipline and hold a full UK Drivers Licence. A Project Management qualification is desirable.
