Roles and Responsibilities

    Performing full project management services for Data Centre clients across the region Managing the delivery of projects on programme, within budget and to the requisite quality standards Managing and directing teams of contractors, closely monitoring performance and proactively addressing any issues Monitoring project costs Developing and improving the performance of the teams they are working with Delivering the services as set out by the service division and terms of commission appointment

Personal Requirements:

    Track record of successfully delivering projects and meeting the client's expectations and requirements A technical qualification in project management or another technical profession Professionally qualified to MRICS, APM, RIBA, CIOB, etc with evidence of managerial training preferable A minimum of eight years' industry experience in a project management role
