Project Manager - REQUIRED!

The Company:
The company are a Building and Construction firm who are currently operating on several projects across the UK, working on several commercial and accommodation builds. As a Project Manager with the firm, you will be expected to overlook projects within the East Midlands area ensuring the quality of work is up to standard.

The Opportunity:
Sites will be based in the East Midlands area, in Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire. They are requiring someone happy to move between these sites looking after the roofing, scaffolding and fitout.

The Role / Experience & Responsibilities:
The company is looking for a Project Manager who has the capability to travel to different sites and would be able to undertake an Advanced DBS. Potential future contract offers may come from the firm afterwards. To be considered for the role, the following experience and certifications will be sought after:

  • MUST have CSCS, SMSTS, Full 1st Aid, Asbestos Awareness
  • MUST undertake Advanced DBS
  • REQUIRED to have a background in Project Management
  • MUST have ability to get to sites in both Nottingham, Derby, and Leicester.
  • REQUIRED to wear Full PPE (hard hat, High Vis & Safety boots)
  • MUST have working reference
  • MUST have the right to work in the UK

This role is an initial 1-2 weeks on sites in each Nottingham, Derby, and Leicester, before being moving on to one of the other sites for a contract of around 3 months. Pay is dependent on experience and location, approximately £300 per shift, via CIS. A fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established Building and Construction firm with plenty of work and potential for future contract offers.
