We're looking for a Poling Project Manager to join our Telecoms team based in Basingstoke. Within this role, you can enjoy exposure to exciting major projects, progression opportunities, support in obtaining further qualifications and even more.

Location: Basingstoke, Hampshire - Work from home available up to days per week

Contract: Permanent, full time

Salary: £30k - £50k depending on experience

Responsibilities

As a Poling Project Manager, you'll be working within the BT ONSA team, supporting them with the programme of works on behalf of our client.

Your day to day will include:


  • Management of Kier Ltd direct labour poling supervisor and poling operatives
  • Plan and manage the day-to-day delivery of the poling workstack liaising with subcontractors and Kier Poling Supervisor to arrange surveys, works planning, completion, and handover documentation
  • Ensure all site activities and plant are compliant to quality and safety standards in line with Kier policy, legislation, and contractual obligations
Who are we looking for?

This role of Poling Project Manager is great for you if:


  • Experienced in the supervision / project management of civils and/or poling teams and contractors
  • Ability to liaise effectively with customers, delivery partners and 3rd party stakeholders
  • Strong and demonstrable supervisory experience
