Project Manager job in Manhattan, New York, USA

A new Project Manager job is available with an architecture and design firm focused on corporate interiors, based in Manhattan, NY. The role is offering a salary range of circa $100,000, hybrid working, 401k & other benefits. Immediate start available!

Established in 2005, our client has grown and developed over the years, now completing circa 140 projects a year for a range of clients, both locally and internationally; typically ranging between 5,000 - 50,000 SF. This role will see you working alongside their design team of 14, providing strong project management support, coordination, and managing several client accounts.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Work alongside senior members and project architects on various corporate interiors projects across all phases
  • Oversee and ensure accuracy of documentation relating to projects
  • Liaise with clients and contractors/consultants
  • Interpret and manage client expectations, project scope, and define/maintain budgets
  • Attend site visits when required.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of experience within corporate interiors, experience with retail interiors also considered
  • Degree qualified in architecture, interior architect, or similar; project management qualifications also desirable
  • Space planning and strong skills in coordination of MEP engineering parameters
  • Proficient in AutoCAD
  • Proven experience in a similar position.
