I am currently working with an established contractor who are building an 11-storey student accommodation building in Newcastle City Centre.

They're recruiting for a Project Manager to deliver this £26million project, that is starting in May 2023 and running for 18 - 24 months.

The right candidate for this role will have experience delivering commercial contracts £20mill and up.
You will have basic IT knowledge and experience using Microsoft packages, you will hold a valid UK Driving license, SMSTS, CSCS and first aid certificate.

They're looking for a committed and dynamic Project Manager, who is willing to see the project through from start to finish.

Rate is negotiable for the right candidate.
