JOB DESCRIPTION:

Daniel Owen are currently working with a house builder looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager for a new development just outside of Birmingham. The ideal Project Manager will come from a housing background. Our client is well known & respected Main Contractor looking to recruit a number of suitably qualified and experienced Project Managers to their team on a permanent basis due to increased work load & expansion.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • The Project Manager should have relevant industry cards / certificates: ie. CSCS Card, SMSTS, First Aid
  • The successful Project Manager should be happy to provide verifiable work references
  • The Project Manager role offers a competitive salary, Annual Bonus and Car Allowanc
  • Induction
  • Management of build programme
  • Oversight of trades & sub-contractors

You must have...

  • SMSTS
  • First Aid
  • CSCS
  • Experience with volume house building
  • Valid UK Driving License
