Location: Birmingham and Midlands - this is a role covering multiple sites across the midlands. - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required
Contract: Permanent, Full time - flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know
Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you'll be working within the MoJ Team, supporting them across sites in Birmingham and the midlands.
Your day to day will include:
- Detailed scoping visits
- Weekly calls / site meetings with key stakeholders
- Supporting management of accuracy, project variations, validations and project sign off
- Safe Project execution - managing site staff
- Inspection of project progress
What are we looking for?
This role of Project Manager is great for you if:
- Have managed the delivery of work projects and refurbishments with values up to £1.5m
- Have managed multiple concurrent projects on a number of different sites
- Have a construction background
- Prince2, Nebosh, SMSTS, M&E training, PAP, CAPM, APM and PAQ or combinations of these are desirable
