A wonderful new opportunity is now available for an ambitious Project Manager with experience in the built environment and ideally concrete or spraying sector, to join an international, industry-renowned growing organisation with a global presence.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing the practical implementation of site projects, including on site management, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, to budgeted profitability, and to a high standard within specification. The ability to provide an exemplary customer experience through professional communications and a regular onsite presence is essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Taking project from sales team handover to completion
- Setting up project requirements/plan on ERP/taste software
- Coordinate internal/external labour, goods supply & site contacts
- Maximise efficiency of resources used across all projects
- Collate & communicate invoices, expenses etc for admin team
- Ensure all project records are kept accurate and up to date
- Hands-on support for application teams (and solo application if essential) when required
- Maximising and developing efficiency of application processes
- Ensure equipment is maintained effectively
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years previous on-site project manager experience
- Intermediate IT skills - MS Office/ERP/analysis
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience of working with concrete and/or spray applications - desirable
- Current construction (CSCS)/H&S certificates - desirable
- Engaging & people-focused - needs to facilitate a wide range of people working together
- Self driven/motivated - needs to operate without excessive management on a day-to-day level.

- Hands-on - for both the practical work required and to build credibility with site contacts
