Architectural Project Manager Job in Austin, Texas

New requirement for an Architectural Project Manager job available with a growing architecture and interior design firm, working from their office in Austin, Texas. This position will see you working with an immediate team of 7, liaising with the Principal and overseeing a range of commercial, hospitality, and multifamily projects across the states. Offering a salary of up to $115k plus benefits!

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in proposal development and contract reviews for small to large projects
  • Development of project scope, fee estimation, and scheduling
  • Supervision of the design and oversee technical delivery
  • Assist with advising the wider design team through the construction documentation process
  • Product specification coordination
  • Assist with business development alongside the design team and principal
  • Client meetings and coordination across all phases
  • Quality control and ensuring adherence to desired specifications
  • Attend Owner-Architect-Contractor meetings, RFI reviews, and site visits
  • Liaise with external contractors on bids, pricing, and projects.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of industry experience, with experience in hospitality or multifamily
  • Licenced architect
  • Degree qualified in Architecture from an accredited course
  • Proficiency with Revit, Bluebeam, Deltek, and AutoCAD
  • LEED or WELL accreditations preferred
  • Driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • Candidates must have an existing right to work in the USA to be considered for this position.
