A successful Construction Consultancy is searching for an ambitious Project Manager to join their strong Project Management team. This role is a remote position, with the option of working within client's offices.
The Project Manager will be joining a small, close-knit Project Management team and this offers a Project Manager an exciting opportunity to work on projects from Inception-Completion.

The Project Manager will be joining a RICS accredited Construction Consultancy, which are renowned for providing their clients with high-quality projects. Some of their Projects are based in USA, meaning that some travel may be required, but a majority will be based in UK.
The London based Consultancy, who operate in Retail and Healthcare sectors, are looking for an ambitious Project Manager ideally with previous experience in Retail sector to join their Project Management team and provide support towards the delivery of multiple exciting Projects for a high-end client.
Project Manager Role:
The Project Manager will have a good level of experience and equally a willingness to grow their skillset, whilst supporting the lifecycle of Projects mainly within Retail and Healthcare sector from Inception-Completion.
A high-end client has appointed the Construction Consultancy to carry out a number of projects (based in USA) within the next 12/18 months, meaning that these projects may require the Project Manager to travel to USA occasionally.
The Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining project plans.
- Sourcing local architects nearby to projects.
- Communicating with various stakeholders throughout the process.
- Managing budgets for the projects.
- Adhering to timelines set for projects simultaneously.
- Conducting risk assessments.
- Reporting project progress to senior management.
The Project Manager Requirements:
- Understanding of Employers Agent or Quantity Surveying would be helpful.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop into a leadership role.
- Relevant Project Management qualifications are preferred.
- Willingness to travel to Projects in the UK/abroad.
- Passport.
