A small, yet successful Construction Consultancy that are based in Westminster, are now looking for an ambitious Project Manager to join their experienced Project Management team.

The Project Manager will be joining a leading Consultancy and will have the opportunity of playing a vital role in the delivery of High End Residential, Healthcare and Public sectors projects.

The Company that the Project Manager will be joining:

The Project Manager will be joining a small Construction Consultancy with a strong pipeline that consists of a close-knit team who ensure they deliver high-class Projects on time and within budget for their clients.

As a Consultancy that have a well-regarded presence within the industry, the Project Manager will be joining the Consultancy to drive forward the delivery of various Projects from Inception-Completion in sectors such as High-End Residential, Healthcare and Public sector. The type of Projects will vary from the delivery of new buildings and refurbishment projects with Contract values ranging up to £30M.

The role of a Project Manager:

The Project Manager will need to be able join the Consultancy and hit the ground running to ensure that current Projects are delivered successfully to their clients.

The Project Manager will ideally be a client-facing individual that can support client's throughout Projects and maintain a long-term relationship.

The Project Manager responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of Project Managing Projects from Design-Completion phase.
  • Conducting site surveys, risk assessments and reporting these findings.
  • Offering support towards challenges faced during the Project process.
  • Stakeholder management and reporting to them.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and pursuing the opportunities for the business.
  • Identifying any issues within a Project and forming a resolution.

The Project Manager requirements:

  • Proven experience within the Construction Consultancy industry.
  • Experience within High End Residential, Hotel or Public sectors would be preferred.
  • MAPM/MRICS or actively working towards this qualification.
  • Strong understanding of managing a Project from Inception-Completion.
  • Determined individual that is eager to win Projects.

  • Salary package of £50,000-£60,000.
