A multidisciplinary Consultancy based near Sidcup are looking for an ambitious Project Manager with previous Consultancy experience to join their growing team. The Project Manager will be contributing towards the delivery of multiple schemes within the Residential sector.

The Company that the Project Manager will join:

The Project Manager will be joining an established, yet close-knit Consultancy and supporting the delivery of projects including New Builds, Refurbishments and Cladding Remedial works within the Residential sector across London and the Southeast. The Project Manager will have the opportunity to deliver schemes with Contract Values ranging up to £15m.

The Project Manager role:

The Project Manager will have the opportunity to work with both private and public clients to drive forward the delivery of current schemes within the Residential sector.

The Project Manager will also have the responsibility of managing junior project managers to allow them to gain a better understanding of the whole project lifecycle from start-finish.

You will be responsible for:

  • Assisting towards delivery of Projects from start-finish
  • Communicating with Senior and Junior project managers to keep projects on track
  • Report back to Senior Project Managers with weekly updates
  • Reviewing costs regularly to ensure Schemes are within Budget constraints
  • Attending client meetings with senior members of the team
  • Ensure all works are compliant with safety and quality standards

Project Manager requirements:

  • Previous experience working at a Consultancy
  • Knowledge of Residential sector would be preferred
  • MRICS or MAPM Chartered is preferred
  • A relevant BSc/MSc in Construction industry
  • Recent Employers Agent experience would be helpful
  • Contract administration awareness
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

What would be offered:

  • £55,000-£65,000 per annum salary package
  • 30 days annual leave including Bank Holidays
  • Hybrid offered
  • Travel to site covered
  • 9.5% pension contribution
