Job Title: Project Manager - Offsite Construction
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
Location: North East Scotland

Are you a project manager with a strong understand of offsite construction processes? Engaging with projects from enquiry to handover, you will play a key role in initial design consultation, pricing, manufacturing management on site delivery.
Proving a turnkey solution with a target to increase their higher volume and mass customisable projects, this business is poised to maximise on their strong reputation and the ever-growing appetite for Modular construction solutions, maintaining their focus on impactful designs with high levels of environmental awareness. Modular housing and student Accommodation are a key focus for this business.
The Candidate:
- An experienced project manager with a strong working knowledge of Offsite Construction
- Excellent personnel management skills with an ability to engage and motivate project teams
- Commutable to North East Scotland with a willingness to travel for projects across Scotland and occasionally beyond
- A track record of completed projects within the Offsite Sector
