Kier Places provide essential property services to local authorities, schools, the NHS, housing associations & public sector buildings - we are recruiting now for a passionate & experienced Project Manager to join our Business Systems & Processes team, to support the ongoing evolution & growth of Kier Places, and be critical to achieving success in delivering our contracts, projects & works within the Facilities Management & Housing Maintenance sector, with a national reach & local passion.

Job title: Project Manager - Business Systems

Location: Flexible location, with travel to the Loughton or Basingstoke main office, and some travel nationally.

Business Area: Kier Places - Business Systems & Processes team

Contract: Permanent, full time, 37.5 hours Monday to Friday - agile daily start/end times considered

Salary: £45-55k basic + car/allowance, and competitive benefits package

Key Responsibilities

As a trusted & focused Project Manager, the main aim of your role will be to support the change, transition, development, and maintenance of all project plans for BAU, project, and mobilisation activities of our CAFM, IWMS and other related applications for our Housing Maintenance & Facilities Management business unit.

We will look to you to monitor progress, conduct periodic reporting, and lead on routine progress meetings; manage risks & issues through to mitigation & resolution; facilitate workshops with internal & external parties to support the development of requirements, processes, and design; and manage project deliverables of third-party suppliers & Group IT.

Just as importantly, you'll support the development of all project related documentation, as well as document, manage and progress project change requests through approval and delivery.

What do we need from you?

The opportunity is yours for the taking, if you have - experience in Facilities Management / Housing Maintenance industry; experience with IWMS/CAFM systems such as Concept Evolution & FSI Go; project management qualifications such as Prince2; and experience delivering projects & business improvement in a similar size business.
