Project Manager

An established, small multidisciplinary Construction Consultancy who are based in Moorgate, are now looking for an ambitious Project Manager to join their growing Project Management team.

The Project Manager will be joining an experienced, fast-paced team and will have the opportunity of playing a vital role in the delivery of Projects from Inception-Completion.

The Company that the Project Manager will be joining:

The Project Manager will be joining a Construction Consultancy that consist of a team of 30 employees based in their flagship London office.

With a strong presence within the industry, the Project Manager will be joining the Consultancy to drive forward the delivery of various Projects from Inception-Completion for clients in UK and abroad in sectors such as Hotel, Public and Commercial. The type of Projects will vary from the delivery of new buildings to refurbishment/CAT A/B Fit Outs with Contract Values ranging to £20M.

The role of a Project Manager:

The Project Manager will be given the opportunity to work with client's such as a well-regarded Hotel brand, Law firm, Sports TV company and Government bodies to deliver Projects ranging from Refurbishments, CAT A/B Fit Outs and reconfiguration.

The Project Manager will also have the responsibility with communicating with major stakeholders involved within each project to keep them updated.

The Project Manager responsibilities:

  • Lead Projects from design phase, Construction stage and Completion
  • Conducting site surveys, risk assessments and reporting these findings.
  • Stakeholder management and reporting.
  • Communicating with third parties such as Contractors, Surveyors and Building Control.
  • Identifying any issues within a Project and forming a resolution.

The Project Manager requirements:

  • Proven experience within the Construction Consultancy industry.
  • Experience within Commercial, Public and Hotel sectors would be preferred.
  • Background within Quantity Surveying would be helpful.
  • MAPM/MRICS qualification would be helpful.
  • Ability to form a JCT Contract.
  • Determined individual that is eager to win Projects.
